At Soul Space, classes provide the opportunity to practice balance, breath work, concentration and meditation. Modifications and props will be available to allow you to make the experience your own. Each class ends with the final relaxation pose, savasana. We look forward to guiding you in your yoga practice while encouraging compassion, self-awareness, nonjudgmental perspectives and self-care.
