When Jillian sought out the practice of yoga as a means to find relief from mental and physical stress, she didn’t realize the practice would prove itself to be a tool of positive transformation in every aspect of her life. The daily range of emotions, concerns, and insecurities we can all experience in a single day came with her on every trip she took to the mat, but it was the difference of how she felt stepping off again that kept her coming back. Becoming energized, more focused and balanced in her physical body, she discovered those results flourishing in equal measure inside her mind and heart. Yoga has taught her that the power to heal and transform has always been within and sees that divine inner light as the spiritual DNA that connects and unifies us all. The desire to share this passion fueled her decision to become a certified yoga teacher that she may help others improve their sense of wellbeing through the connection of mind, body and breath.
