Travis found yoga while seeking a career change from the restaurant industry. The practice gave him the tools to step back, take a breath, reflect and regroup. After a couple years of practice he decided to enroll in a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and has been a full time teacher ever since he completed his training. He has practiced and taught many different styles over the years. His style is based around creating functional movements within the practice. Not necessarily creating shapes, but instead creating smarter ways to move within the space we have. His classes incorporate unique, mindful and creative movements that bring students to familiar places in unfamiliar ways. Creativity is a huge component of his classes and he always incorporates new movements that keep the body and mind engaged.
