Luisa spent many years searching for meaning, seeking answers to what her purpose was. In 2014, hungry for spiritual knowledge she decided to attend her first Yoga class, where her very first teacher Lauren Llacera, gave her a glimpse of what you would call a divine moment of truth. Luisa immediately knew Yoga would be her path. The next three years Luisa evolved in her practice while defining her purpose and creating a meaningful life.

Luisa began teaching yoga in 2018 after obtaining her RYT 200 through The Yoga Society in West Palm Beach, Fl. Her Vinyasa classes are known to be full of joy and curiosity where all-levels practitioners can embrace their uniqueness and first-timers can feel at ease.

In December, 2019, Luisa obtained her Usui Reiki Master certification and has since infused this powerful healing art into her teaching, giving students a greater sense of transformation.  Luisa’s approach has been cultivating mindfulness and intention through breath in order to find inner peace and a sense of liberation on and off the mat.
