Engineer by day, Yogi by night!  Jen considers herself a lifelong learner. She was initially drawn to yoga because it allowed her to steady her mind.  Her love and appreciation for yoga shifts and grows every time that she practices and every time that she teaches.

A native Floridian, Jen earned a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 2006 and Masters of Science in Engineering from Purdue University in 2010.  She currently works for an aircraft engine manufacturer and helps to lead the engineering organization responsible for the High Pressure Compressor on the engine that powers the Joint Strike Fighter military jet.
Jen was introduced to yoga during a phase in life when she traveled often and lived abroad.  Practicing yoga allowed her to quiet her mind and gave her flexibility to practice it anywhere.  Yoga provided the perfect balance to her dynamic schedule. Her personal yoga journey inspired her to share the practice with others through teaching.
Jen completed her first 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2017 at Zeal Yoga in Jupiter, Florida.  She refined her anatomy understanding through a second 200 hour teacher training at Little Ocean Yoga in 2018 with Lizzy Moore.  Jen is currently pursuing an advanced 300 hour yoga teacher training certification in Yoga Therapeutics through Yoga Medicine led by Tiffany Cruikshank.
